Delivery

We have FREE delivery on all products. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries using their standard delivery service (3-5 working days).

Returns

When you buy from Transport Compliance UK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return products. This policy sets out when you can return products and how to do so.

If you change your mind
If you decide an item you've bought isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a full refund on most products. If you want to return a product because you've changed your mind, please let us know within 14 days, so we can arrange your refund. You can start a return online.

If your product arrives damaged or faulty
We work hard to ensure that every item arrives with you in perfect condition, but if any items arrive damaged or faulty, you can start a return online.

Sending the Items

If you need to return an item, please look after it while it's in your possession, and please retain and return the the item in the original packaging, with tags, labels and accessories. Please also package the product securely before returning it.

Return Costs
If the item you're returning is damaged or faulty, we'll pay for the cost of your return. If you're returning an item for any other reason, you will need to pay for any return costs. That includes the cost of us arranging for collection, if you've requested it. We reserve the right to charge you our costs, in recovering that product from you if you don't return the item.

Your Refund
We can only refund you using the same method you used to pay for the item. We'll refund your money back onto the same payment card. Refunds normally take 3-5 working days to show in your bank account and this speed is out of our control.

For products purchased as part of an offer, your refund will be based on the promotional price. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
